Foreigners join tea-making competition in the international category of the tea-making contest of Hangzhou’s first Southern Song Dynasty Culture Festival at the foot of Yuhuang Hill on Sunday. Hangzhou was the capital of Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279) when tea-making was at its peak time in history. Visitors can see tea-making arts, tea seats and tea utensils presented by nearly 100 tea specialists during the festival. After the competition, winners will be chosen to join the second China Tea Olympics to be held at the end of the month.
