Located in Xiangfu of Gongshu District, Hangzhou INTIME City opened on September 8. The shopping, entertainment and restaurants have attracted a large number of visitors.
The shopping complex has a total floor area of 400,000 sqm and the business space alone covers a total of 290,000 sqm. The complex has become the business landmark for the district, and the crowds during first-day test operation indicated that a new business circle is forming.
The INTIME shopping mall at Wulin Square focuses on selling general merchandize, while Hangzhou INTIME City represents a brand new business model, which includes an amusement park, e-game city, children’s park, parent-child one-stop shopping center, sports center and fashionable KTV.
Over 90% of the stores in INTIME has opened and it has the only real ice rink in the west of the city, Zhenyue Ice Rink. The large IMAX cinema in the city will be open before the end of September. The Shopping complex will mainly serve the one million people living within a radius of five kilometers.
Among the 200 brands that have chosen to open stores in the complex, 69 are from the catering industry. Specifically, there are 46 famous restaurants and 23 coffee/desert shops. Tsui Wah Restaurant, a time-honored tea restaurant brand from Hong Kong, will open its first store in the city.
The number of restaurants that feature Southeast Asian cuisines will reach 12. Akasakatei, with its specialty short beef rib dish, will enter the city for the first time. In addition, Sweet Basil Thai Cuisine, Blue Lotus, SanQiaoYiYi, Han Cun and Tairyo will enter the complex. Innovative cuisine restaurants including Wang Xiang Yuan, the largest Hunan cuisine chain from Shanghai, Hua Xin Yuan, a roast duck restaurant from Beijing, Rong Li Ji, a snack restaurant from Chengdu, and Xi Bei You Mian Cun, a famous Northwest cuisine brand that has opened 68 stores countrywide, will all open their first stores in the city.
Moreover, the increasingly popular Caffe Bene from South Korea, Motit Coffee, famous for its being “diamond of coffee” and Lactina, a yogurt brand from Bulgaria will all enter the shopping complex.
