On June 26th Hangzhou welcomed another batch of rains for the rainy season. According to the weather station there will be heavy rain storms until the 29th, with a precipitation of 100-150 millimeters. In some areas the precipitation will reach up to 250 milimeters.
Various departments of the entire city are taking the matter seriously and doing what they can to prevent flooding through various means in both the city and the countryside. They are paying attention to the amount of rainfall and inspecting possible flooding in various localities and mountainous regions. They are diverting excess water, organizing traffic, doing construction, and moving people from old houses. They are increasing the spread of information and guaranteeing the safety of the people and their property.
