The temperature will climb as much as 10 degrees Celsius through the weekend, Hangzhou forecasters said today.
Yesterday’s maximum temperature was 23.4 degrees, making it the coldest Dragon Boat Festival in a decade.
However, the mercury will go up steadily under the influence of a subtropical high from today to Sunday. The maximum temperature is expected to reach 34 degrees.
The weather will be mostly cloudy with occasional thunderstorms in the afternoon.
